公民監察聯同本地多個藝術團體與藝術工作者於(九月十三日下午三時至晚上九時假塔石廣 場舉行本地創意爭氣大派對。展出本地藝術工作者原創作品的藝墟、由120名(組)參與 者合力繪畫的大型畫作將鋪滿廣場中心，活動由集體回憶—自由波地打頭陣，重現大家緬懷 的塔石球場，另外，過百位本地藝文工作者及年青人合力炮製 百人行為藝術表演 ，李展鵬與林玉鳳更會對談創作與本土文化。公民監察團隊介紹對文化藝術發展的理念，用 行動爲澳門文化發展、創意爭氣！

Civil Watch, together with a number of art associations and artists, throw an event titled Local Creativity HAVE GUTS Partyon 13 September from 3pm to 9pm at Tap Seac Square to promote and cherish our local art and creativity. Activities include an Art Fair showcasing the creative products by our local artists, a Giant Painting created by 120 participants, Collective Memory-Free Football field, Performance Art by Hundred People, a seminar on local creativity by Agnes Lam and Andrew Lei. In the evening starting from 7pm, a local music concert by local singers. The Civil Watch team will also introduce their vision and thoughts on the development of local art and culture.
